Frequently asked questions

Our cap and hat sizes range from 55 to 60. These sizes correspond to your head size. To measure it, take a tape measure and pass it around your head at forehead level, 1cm above the ears. If you are between two sizes (example 55.5cm) we recommend that you take the larger size (56cm). You will find at the end of this page a CM / INCHES equivalence table

In order not to damage your cap, we recommend that you have it cleaned by a specialist. As for the rain, a little drizzle won't do any harm, but it is recommended to avoid wearing it in heavy rain so as not to damage the materials used, especially leathers. Regarding hats, rabbit hair is by definition waterproof. However, it is best not to wear it in heavy rain. If your hat gets wet, let it dry flat. To prevent the hat from becoming deformed, it is recommended to handle it by the crown and not by the brim. To keep it looking like new, we advise you to brush it regularly with a hat brush; if there is a stain, you can lightly steam it with an iron and then brush it.

All our caps and hats are entirely made in France. We work in partnership with French companies labeled EPV (“Living Heritage Companies”). The lining illustrations are hand-drawn by the designer and are then printed on satin in Italy.

Our jewelry is made in Paris from Palladium plated and 24-carat-gold plated brass.

Orders are generally delivered between 3 and 4 working days after purchase on our site for the European Union, between 5 and 7 working days for the rest of the world. Delivery may take longer depending on the country you reside in. Once the package has been shipped you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking number.
